US & Canada Shipping Policy

It may take up to 7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please keep in mind that during holidays and sales your order may take up to 12 business days to process and ship. Once your package ships, we will send you a notification email with the USPS tracking information. Once your order has shipped, it should be delivered within 2-5 business days. Please keep in mind that we are a small team and our shipping schedule is subject to change during observed holidays.

*Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will not be processed until the following week. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on the weekends and all major holidays.

When specifying the shipping address for your order, please make sure to verify that the information provided is correct. If the wrong shipping address is provided and your package is returned to Natura Culina, the customer is responsible for the cost to resend the package.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please don’t forget to check your spam folder!

Natura Culina is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items – We offer the Signature Confirmation option at checkout to secure package delivery. Each customer agrees to these terms and conditions at checkout, accepting responsibility for their package and communications with their local post office as soon as the package has been marked as delivered by USPS. Lost or stolen packages are not insured by USPS Priority Mail.

Canada Shipping

Canadian orders are subject to duties, taxes, tariffs, and other fees per the Canadian laws and regulations. If customs charges occur the customer is 100% responsible for these charges. Natura Culina is not responsible for customs charges. In addition, we are not responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions; or any additional package delays. After you receive the tracking information for your package, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package. You will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. If the package is sent back, you will not be issued with a refund when the package is received by us – you will be issued store credit for the value of the products purchased only, less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider, and for this reason is not refundable.

Please note that Canadian orders can take up to 30 Days to arrive after they are shipped since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers. Once the package has been transferred from USPS to Canada Post Mail, Natura Culina is no longer responsible for other delays that may occur. The tracking information will be updated throughout the shipping process. Please continue to check on the shipping status of your package until the package has been delivered.

Local Order Pickup

We now offer pickup for local Santa Barbara customers only!

Here is how it works:
1. Order on our website.
2. At checkout choose Local Order Pickup option.
3. Once your order has been received you will be contacted via text message by our team to schedule your pickup.

Returns + Order Issues

We do not accept open and used product due to the nature of our products, however, your satisfaction is our priority and we acknowledge that in order to solve issues, communication is key. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us at shipping@naturaculina.com

If a product arrives broken, damaged or is missing from your order:

Missing Product: Please photograph the products that you received along with a photo of your order receipt and email us at support@naturaculina.com within 48 hours of order delivery.

Broken or Damaged Product: Please photograph the broken or damaged products that you received and email us within 48 hours of order delivery to support@naturaculina.com 

Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches to assure freshness. Slight variations from batch to batch are completely normal.

Payments

We offer secure online ordering via Paypal and accept all major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover. No Paypal account is necessary to checkout.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within California at the local tax rate.
