We do not accept open and used product due to the nature of our products, however, your satisfaction is our priority and we acknowledge that in order to solve issues, communication is key. If you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us at support@naturaculina.com

If a product arrives broken or damaged, please photograph your damaged goods and send us the photos within 48 hours of order delivery to our support email.

Please keep in mind that our products are 100% natural and handmade in small batches to assure freshness. Slight variations from batch to batch are completely normal.
