Can you merge an old customer account with a new customer account?
Unfortunately we cannot merge two customer accounts. If you have created a new account to redeem either the student or military discounts it is important that you use the account that was created with your “.edu” or “.gov” email to redeem the discount. When you’re logged in to your student or military account the discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

How do I cancel or edit my subscription?
Cancelling Your Subscription: Subscription plans can be cancelled at any time through the customer dashboard. If your subscription has already been renewed for the given month, the cancellation will be effective for the remaining shipments. Each subscription account will expire after 12 months.

Subscription Adjustments: You can upgrade/downgrade your subscription frequency and products at any time through the customer dashboard. If your subscription has already been renewed for the given month, the subscription change will be effective for the remaining shipments.

Do you offer pick-up for your local customers?
Yes. And here is how:
1. Order on our website.
2. At checkout choose Pick-up option.
3. Once your order has been received you will be contacted via text message by our team to schedule your pick-up.

Do you test your products on animals?
Are you crazy? No, never!

Are your products vegan?
All of our products are vegan but three. The following three products use certified organic raw Honey for its healing and nutritional value to the skin: HoneyC Lip Balm, Skin Detox Exfoliating Mask, Rose-Berry Antioxidant Face Mask.

Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Yes, all but one! Our Cayenne Aid topical pain treatment oil is based on Cayenne Pepper and Cayenne Pepper is a controversial spice during pregnancy. Some researchers claim that consumption of Cayenne Pepper during pregnancy is not recommended.
We are taking precautions and we don’t recommend using our Cayenne Aid during pregnancy and breastfeeding times.

If I’m not sure how my skin will react to a certain product, can I try it before I make a purchase?
We highly recommend that you take the skincare quiz on our website. We offer the Travelers of each product so that you can try the travel sizes of our products before investing in the full size products.

What will you NOT find in NC products?
Toxic and harmful chemicals like parabens, aluminum, sulfates (sodium lauryl sulfates), phthalates, mercury, lead, petroleum, synthetic emulsifiers, fillers and colors are NOT used in our products.

What will you find in NC products?
NC products are based on pure and high quality natural ingredients like Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Rosehip Seed Oil, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil and more.

Here at Natura Culina we are very picky about the ingredients we use so we always look for high quality ingredients available for our products. The raw ingredients we use come from different regions and different plants all over the world. Our suppliers provide us with the highest quality raw material available. Natura Culina stands for transparency  and truthfulness in labeling and that is why of ALL of our ingredients are always listed with each product.

What is the shelf life of your products?
All of our products are made in small batches to assure freshness. We don’t use any synthetic preservatives. Your products will last up to 24 months if you store them away from direct sunlight and at room temperature or below. Remember! NC products are made to be used and enjoyed daily, they are not made to be stored in your bathroom cabinets.

Are there any nuts in your products?
We use walnut shell powder in or Skin Detox Exfoliating Mask as a natural exfoliating particles. Tamanu Oil in our Botanical Face Oil and Argan Oil in our Skin Detox Exfoliating Mask are nut oils. Although they are generally considered safe when it is used topically we recommend consulting your doctor if you have nut allergies.
